Your Role
As a Technical Sales Specialist, you'll drive the adoption of our forensic solutions by combining technical expertise with strategic sales acumen, directly contributing to global cybersecurity resilience.
Key Responsibilities
· Prospect and develop new enterprise clients in government, legal, and corporate security sectors.
· Conduct technical product demonstrations showcasing forensic capabilities (data recovery, device analysis, cloud forensics).
· Develop customized sales strategies for complex procurement cycles (RFPs/RFQs).
· Collaborate with forensic engineers to design solution architectures for client-specific needs.
· Maintain CRM pipeline with accurate forecasting (Salesforce/HubSpot).
· Educate clients on evolving digital forensic trends and compliance requirements.
· SAchieve quarterly/annual sales targets for software licenses and hardware solutions.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related technical field.
· 3+ years' successful B2B sales experience in:
o Cybersecurity solutions.
o Forensic/EDR software.
o Enterprise SaaS platforms.
· Technical proficiency in:
o Digital forensic workflows (acquisition/analysis/reporting).
o Network security fundamentals.
o Data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
· Native-level English fluency with outstanding presentation skills.
· Proven track record selling to CISO/CTO-level decision makers.
· Willingness to travel (up to 40% for client engagements/trade shows).
Preferred Qualifications
· Familiarity with forensic tools (X-Ways, Magnet AXIOM, Oxygen Forensics).
· Industry certifications (CISSP, EnCE, CFIS).
· Multilingual capabilities for international markets.
