Your Role
As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be the technical bridge between our advanced forensic products and global clients. You'll ensure optimal product implementation while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for digital forensics software/hardware solutions.
· Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to data extraction, decryption, and analysis tools.
· Collaborate with R&D teams to reproduce/report bugs and verify fixes.
· Develop custom scripts (Python/PowerShell/Bash) to enhance troubleshooting efficiency.
· Conduct remote/on-site product trainings for enterprise clients and partners.
· Create technical documentation including KB articles and troubleshooting guides.
· Support pre-sales activities with technical demonstrations and PoC implementations.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
· 3+ years' technical support experience in cybersecurity/digital forensics/enterprise software.
· Proficient in:
o Network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, VPN).
o File systems (NTFS, APFS, EXT4) and disk imaging techniques.
o Basic programming/scripting (Python, C#, Java).
o SQL and database troubleshooting.
· Exceptional English communication skills (CEFR B2+ minimum).
· Familiarity with forensic tools (X-Ways, EnCase, Cellebrite, FTK) preferred.
· Industry certifications (ACE, EnCE, GCFE) are significant pluses.
